Providing the booking is made at least 10 weeks in advance of the commencement of the holiday it must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total rental. If a booking is made less than ten weeks prior to the start of the holiday the rental must be paid in full at the time of the booking.
Final Payment. Once the booking form has been received applicants are liable for the balance of the rent 8 weeks prior to the start of the letting period. A reminder will be issued.
