Terms & Conditions
Deposit. Bookings will only be accepted in writing on an official booking form and providing the booking is made at least 10 weeks in advance of the commencement of the holiday must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total rental. If a booking is made less than ten weeks prior to the start of the holiday the rental must be paid in full at the time of the booking.
Final Payment. Once the booking form has been received applicants are liable for the balance of the rent 8 weeks prior to the start of the letting period. A reminder will be issued. Cancellation. Cancellations may be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing. In the event the property is re-let a refund will be made of the sum obtained less a £50 administration fee. In the event the property is not re-let the applicant will still be liable for full payment and no refund will be made. We strongly recommend applicants take out adequate travel/cancellation insurance
