 Weekly
bookings for all properties run from Friday to Friday, from 4.00 pm on the arrival day until 10.00 am on the departure
day. - Short breaks are available in low and mid season as detailed on our short
breaks and prices and availability pages.
- Our prices are in Pounds GB inclusive of VAT. They are fully inclusive of electricity, bed linen, towels (one bath
and one hand towel per person), cots and high chairs, full central heating as required and logs for wood burning stoves.
- Highchairs and cots are available on request at no extra charge. Cot linen is provided.
- A non-returnable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday is required at the time of booking. Reservations
will not be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the
arrival date. Payment can be made by cheque or paid electronically into our bank account (details available on request).
We are also able to accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro Domestic or Delta).
- Cancellation insurance is recommended as the full rental will be payable in the event of a late cancellation if
we are unable to re-let the property.
- We can arrange for individual swimming tuition by a qualified ASA instructor, catering for all age groups and
abilities. Please contact us for more
details.
- A babysitting service may be available by prior arrangement.
- All properties are totally non-smoking.
- Sorry, no pets are accepted.
- We do not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.
- Disability access statements for Long Barn,
Hameldown, Huccaby and Honeybag are available on-line.
- Our full terms and conditions, of which the foregoing are part, will be made available before your booking is
concluded.
