maximum comfort whilst retaining many original features such as exposed beams and stripped antique pine / flagstone

swimming pool and games area. There are four acres of grounds, including a large orchard with adventure play facilities

The nearest shops are one and a half miles away and the nearest pub just half a mile. Golf is available within two
miles and there is horse riding on Dartmoor.
